Each session combines conscious reflection and heart-centered conversation with channeled energetic activation, supporting clarity around where you are in life, what you love, and what you feel called toward next.
Through guided dialogue and light-body activation, the central channel opens and life-force energy increases, strengthening your connection to intuition, higher self, and soul-level knowing. Her work weaves grounded presence, energetic awareness, and deep listening, creating spaces where women feel safe to reconnect with themselves.
She has facilitated retreats and activations across Europe, the UK, and the Americas, and now lives on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, where her work is rooted in simplicity, nature, and embodiment.
