THE APPROACH

My coaching style is warm and compassionate.  I will listen to you with focus and commitment.

I will listen for the themes and movements that rise up from the feeling in your words. We’ll pull out the issues together.  I have empathy and I know struggle. 

I am a direct communicator and I won’t beat around the bush.  I won’t lie to you or allow you to fake me out.  Through a series of practical and soulful exercises I will guide you to connect with your inner truths and trust them.

You will have homework.  You will be held accountable.  You will be expected to show up as your authentic self, and bring yourself to the task of rebirthing.  Its going to be exciting!

WHO I AM

I am a feisty mother of 6 children .  I love my family and I feel things strongly.

I’m a dreamer, an achiever and a believer. I am at once wholeheartedly practical and professional, while at the same time wildly spiritual and lead by the magic of the Earth.

After two decades of building product-based businesses in North America, I now live with my school aged children in the relative wilderness of Costa Rica's South Caribbean coast.

I am profoundly inspired by the wilderness and raw beauty of the rain-forests of Central America. I am also deeply affected by the unhappiness of our western society, and the bleak environmental forecast of our Mother Earth.

The combination of motherhood and career continually calls me to find balance. I find peace through walking my dogs on the beach, meditation, yoga and a holistic lifestyle. 

I have lived with anxiety and depression at times throughout my adult life. As I learn more about myself, and the root causes of suffering, its been eye opening to realise that there are many of us feeling such grief caused by our modern way of life.

I am learning to live differently. I am learning to make choices that come from a different place. I am learning to eat different foods and to create different experiences for my family and myself. I have embraced a philosophy that is different from what our popular culture calls truth. 

Along my different path I am finding joy.  And with joy there is a desire to give back. Come along and journey with me for a while…..
