Kundalini or KA Body Activation

Kundalini activation, also known a KA Body by the ancient Egyptians, is the awakening of a powerful, natural life-force energy that lives at the base of your spine. When it’s activated, this energy rises upward through the spine and energy centers (chakras), helping to clear emotional blockages, heal trauma, and awaken higher awareness.
Kundalini is also called Shakti, a Sanskrit word meaning the Divine Feminine energy. It’s the creative, intuitive, and healing force in the body. While everyone has it (regardless of gender), it is feminine in nature—flowing, nurturing, and deeply transformative.
KA activation is not just a belief or a feeling — it’s a real energetic process in the body. Think of it like electricity running through your nervous system or a river of life-force waking up inside you. It’s been known in ancient cultures across the world — from India to Egypt — because people experienced the same deep inner awakening.

What Happens in a Kundalini Activation Session?
A Kundalini session is a gentle but powerful way to awaken your inner life-force energy. You lie down, close your eyes, and relax. There’s no effort — the energy moves naturally, guided by music and presence.
The session is set to a carefully curated musical journey. The music is rhythmic and emotional, designed to stimulate energy flow and helps you drop into a deep, meditative state.
The facilitator moves within the room, gently activating energy through non-touch gestures or light touch (with consent).

KA Body activation can be the beginning of an awakening process for those who desire to walk a deeper path. Post Activation Mentoring can be a helpful way to integrate new consciousness into your life.
As a mentor I am available to create the necessary container for you to safely feel, and talk through your journey. I will be there to hold space for your reflections, and reflect back to your realisations. My role is to witness and support you as you craft your path toward living a conscious and authentic life. My communication style is warm and compassionate. I am skilled at creating frameworks for gentle yet attainable change. I will be present to you with focus and commitment as you allow yourself to embark on the sacred journey of remembering.
During our time together we will explore the areas of your life are ripe for change. We will touch on your conscious and unconscious belief systems and uncover how they formed. Together we may choose to identify which belief systems are holding you back, and which are moving you forward. Then we’re may craft a plan for change that feels doable.
Our work will combine both reflective and structured approaches:
Reflective practices: Ka-Body Journeying, journaling, and meditation, to capture the deep insights.
Structured tools: Reflective conversations, goal-setting, planning, and timeline mapping.
We will explore the way you show up in this modern life, and determine what subtleties may be harming your well-being. We will examine cultural influences—like patriarchy, matrilineal traditions, and community dynamics—to better understand their impact on your story.
We will shine a light on the practice of manifesting, what it really means to raise your vibration, and co create an intentional life. And then we will practice it together, and you will learn how to consciously create your own magical life with confidence.
We’ll also dive deep into your connection with nature and animals, to discover how cultivating a strong relationship with the natural world empowers and electrifies human existence. We will use journaling, and meditation to process and grow.
Together we will unravel your unique purpose. We’ll identify what you truly love, what inspires you, what makes you laugh, and touches your heart. And we will develop sacred practices that honour and protect all the powerful growth taking place in your life.
