Explore your authentic self as you stroll along the pristine, untouched beaches of the south Caribbean of Costa Rica. A bespoke coaching session with experienced coach and local resident Mari-Claire, who will take the time to get familiar with the movements of your life, and gently explore with you the paths ahead of you on your life-journey. At the half way point, approximately at 2 km, we will stop to refresh with purified water and fruit, on a freshly laundered beach mat. You will then have the opportunity to sink into a deep meditation, gently guided, as you rest at water’s edge surrounded by raw jungle. Approximately 2 hours. Meet at the entrance to Punta Uva, Puerto Viejo de Limon.
SPIRITUAL HYPNOTHERAPY

Includes:
30 minute discovery call, and 3 private, one-to-one, in-depth hypnotherapy sessions (1 hour each) over 30 to 60 days
Each session is specifically created to address the needs of your spirit. Taking you deep into your heart, washing clean your energy centres, and reprogramming your beliefs.

A bespoke, solo retreat, designed to meet your specific needs. You choose the length of stay, star level of accommodation, and the way you program your days.
We will help you every step of the way as we guide you through our plentiful resources within our beautiful community of Puerto Viejo.
We support you from beginning to end; from airport pick-up, your choice of safe and beautiful hotels, desired method of transportation, and a customised itinerary including your scheduled coaching blocks, and in addition, you can decide to add a range of activities from inspirational to adventure; Choose from:
