BEACH WALK - COACHING & MEDITATION
Explore your authentic self as you stroll along the pristine, untouched beaches of the south Caribbean of Costa Rica. A bespoke coaching session with experienced coach and local resident Mari-Claire, who will take the time to get familiar with the movements of your life, and gently explore with you the paths ahead of you on your life-journey. At the half way point, approximately at 2 km, we will stop to refresh with purified water and fruit, on a freshly laundered beach mat. You will then have the opportunity to sink into a deep meditation, gently guided, as you rest at water’s edge surrounded by raw jungle. Approximately 2 hours. Meet at the entrance to Punta Uva, Puerto Viejo de Limon.
